This Easy Chia Seed Strawberry Jam is the perfect healthy alternative. It’s made with only 4 ingredients, no refined sugar, no gelatin, no pectin. The chia seeds create a jam-like texture, the maple syrup brings just enough sweetness and it’s quick and easy to make. Enjoy!

Strawberry Chia Jam
Makes: 2 cups
Prep time: 5 minutes
cooking time: 20 minutes

  • 3 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Chop the strawberries, and add them to a saucepan. Add the lemon juice and the maple syrup.

Put the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Stirring frequently, allow this mixture to cook down for about 15 minutes until the mixture has released juices, and the strawberries start to break down as you stir them.

Add the chia seeds and remove the saucepan from the heat. Allow jam to cool before transferring to glass jars. This jam can be stored in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
